Your mouth’s health is as important as the health of any other body part. We enter food through it, therefore we have to take an appropriate care of it. Otherwise, we will face various dental infections and problems which might be disgusting and painful. One of the most common is the gingivitis. In its worst case, it might even spread to the throat and cause additional complications.
Gingivitis has a negative effect on our smile and breath, which are extremely important for our physical appearance and personal relationships.
When we were kids, our parents advised us to take our oral health seriously and to wash the teeth 3 times on a daily basis at least and to visit the dentist each 3rd month of the year. However, with this recipe you will achieve the same results as brushing your teeth regularly and you will prevent infections in the mouth cavity:
Ingredients you will need:
1 tbsp. of baking soda
Half cup of Hydrogen Peroxide
Half tsp. of salt
Mix the baking soda and salt in the cup. Then, wet your toothbrush in the warm water and brush your teeth for 5 minutes with the mixture. Then, mix half a cup of hydrogen peroxide with half cup of water and rinse your mouth for 1 minute. Next, spit it out and rinse with cold water.
At the end, rub your teeth with the dental floss in order to remove tartar. Be careful so you won’t hurt your gums. With your mouthwash rinse your mouth. Do this cleaning once or twice in a week.
